Mom&ME Class Pass
- Bond with Baby and feel great! This 45- minute class will help Mom with posture, balance, and core strength, and let Baby have FUN while he participates in a variety of engaging exercises!
- Classes will incorporate cardio, strength and core exercises that include your best little fitness pal - your baby! Lunges, squats, planks and more will be incorporated into every class! Set a healthy example for her healthy start, right from the beginning.
- Please bring a baby-wearing device.
Recommended baby age = 3-10 months. Doctor's approval recommended.
