Our running club is fun and effective! It's a great way to connect with others and feel comfortable running. Group runs will include hills and trails, track and speed runs, Greenbelt journeys, and fun training sprints and interval runs.
Led by Emily Nielsen, the Balance in Action team is open to anyone.

Balance is offering a 10K training program this Spring.
Beginner, intermediate, and active runners can train for a 10K (6.2 miles) and participate in the Tutu Run 10K on May 6, 2017.
You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.
We will train for 12 weeks! We will have the option to meet 2 times per week for group runs and you will run one or two days per week on your own. Cross-training will be provided at BFF.
Group runs will take place on Monday evenings, with Sunday Rundays available!
Registration DOES NOT include the cost of races.
