Happy Sunday! It's time for your weekly Balance Challenge!
This coming week, try this challenge that will really make you pause and take stock of your habits!
So much of the time, we are unconscious of WHERE our food is coming from - as far as when we actually pick it up and put it in our mouths!
Samples at the grocery store, snacks in the car, a bag of pretzels on the counter, or the leftover sandwich crusts from our kids' plates -- so many excuses to eat without thinking!
This week's challenge is to EAT EVERY MEAL AND SNACK FROM A BOWL OR A PLATE!
Preferably sitting down! And undistracted!
Before you laugh in my face, please give it a try. Bring some awareness to your meal time. Enjoy it. Chew. Take a few moments.
