Ch-ch-ch-CHANGES

An open letter to my current and future clients, wherein I announce some changes and introduce the NEW Balance A.C.C.E.S.S. program. Written with love and excitement. 

Dear Balanced One,

You've probably seen that I'm changing things up a bit by introducing Balance A.C.C.E.S.S. - a new option for monthly membership to Balance. 

I'm going to take it a step further and let you know that I've decided to also stop running Lively Woman in its current form. Don't get me wrong -- I stand by Lively Woman with all of my heart... but I wanted to create something that encompasses the best of everything, which means:

- I get to see you on a regular basis and work with you as you continue to smash your goals

- You get camaraderie and support from a fun, dedicated group

A few of you have come to me with questions, and I am SO appreciative of that! It feels good to get thoughts out of my head and into the world. So here are a few questions I've heard:

But 6 weeks is a great amount of time to work for - and see - results!
  • Don't I know it! I have found that six weeks is a perfectly accessible and realistic chunk of time to dedicate to your goals: learning to eat clean, working out so dang hard, and feeling the results as well as seeing them on the scale and in your assessments.
  • In the A.C.C.E.S.S. program, you will still have the opportunity to weigh in and get measurements on the first Wednesday of every month. Clean eating education and even home workouts will still be provided. 
  • You don't have to stop at the end of a certain amount of time. Wellness is an ONGOING process, so I don't want you to feel like there is a limit, time-wise or otherwise, on your fabulous efforts. 


And the Money?

  • Let's be honest; it's tough to come up with $200 every 6 weeks (and as most of you know, it's not quite possible to participate in just one session.) 
  • Every six weeks, I'm scrambling to ensure that enrollment will fill up for the upcoming session of Lively Woman. Once I post your super-inspirational before-and-after pictures, I ALWAYS get enrollees, but trust me - I always have at least a few days of biting my nails to the quick.
  • I'd like to finally be able to pay myself. :) Thus far, income from the program has gone back into the studio for rent or equipment, and as of the new year, instructors. A steady monthly stream will benefit everyone (and I won't have to borrow from my daughters' savings accounts to pay the rent). 


Soo... Lively Woman is caput??


  • Not necessarily. I have worked hard to hone the program, and I love it very much.  I am going to leave it up to groups of 6-10 to commit to creating their own sessions. It will be great for friends who have goals in mind like a reunion, a wedding, etc. It will be a super empowering experience for any group. 


So why do I want to sign up for Balance A.C.C.E.S.S.?

  1. You're worth it
  2. Space is limited to 12 participants
  3. We will share words of the day
  4. You will have access to a private Facebook page to share, connect, and learn
  5. Access to monthly workshops and events at the studio will be free for you (i.e. Pinot and Pilates in April and a Holistic Nutrition Therapist in June.)
  6. Once a month we will have an outing - such as a hike to Table Rock, stand up paddle boarding, or a wine tasting
  7. The weather is getting beautiful and staying lighter later, which means we will be getting OUTSIDE more

I have some truly amazing hopes and visions for the studio. I believe in it with all my heart... and that feels so good. It is my honor and pleasure to share it all with you.

Nitty-gritty stuff: 
  • You can get ALL OF THIS for just $79 per month.
  • There is a one-time enrollment fee of $50. This is WAIVED for current/former LW participants until April 7. 
  • You will have a private folder on file at the studio that you can access any time to log, track, update and encourage yourself. I will even take pictures for you.
  • Private group class will meet on Wednesdays at 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. beginning April 9th.
  • You cannot drop in to Wednesday evening classes if you're not an A.C.C.E.S.S. member.
  • I ask for a minimum commitment of two months to A.C.C.E.S.S. You can downgrade your membership after that time if you really want to.
