BALANCE FOR ALL

Uniquenesss. It's what makes each of us so incredible. When it comes to fitness, our preferences vary as greatly as our favorite foods, movies, and music.

At Balance, we offer small group classes to fit every fitness personality. Here, a breakdown of your week of workouts at the studio, thoughtfully compiled by what motivates you.

THE SWEAT ADDICT

Diagnose yourself: You love to "empty your tank" to make it through your workout. You thrive on shaking muscles and believe that feeling sore is the sweetest pain. You have no shame in grunting and love to give high-fives.

Your weekly workout plan:

Monday - HIIT it Hard Bootcamp, 6:45 p.m.

Wednesday - Tabata Blast, 5:30 a.m.

Thursday - Suspension Training, 6:45 p.m.

Saturday - Booty Camp, 8:00 a.m.

Sunday - TRX/Pilates Blend, 9:00 a.m.

THE SOCIAL BUTTERFLY

Diagnose yourself: You love the interaction with a small, friendly, and like-minded group. You love to move your body and feel healthy. You thrive on positivity -- giving it and receiving it.

Your weekly workout plan:

Monday: Morning Circuit, 9:30 a.m.

Tuesday: Pilates, 6:45 p.m.

Thursday: Morning Circuit, 9:30 a.m.

Friday: Yoga, 5:30 a.m.

THE SAMPLER

Diagnose yourself: You may be new to working out, or maybe you just haven't found the right time of day or the workout program that's right for you. Sometimes you just want to do your own workout at your own pace. Maybe your motto is, "Variety is the spice of life!"

Your weekly workout plan:

Monday: Tabata Blast, 5:30 a.m.

Tuesday: Pilates, 6:45 p.m.

Wednesday: Open Studio, 1:30 p.m.

Thursday: Morning Circuit, 9:30 a.m.

Sunday: TRX/Pilates Blend, 9:00 a.m.

THE EARLY RISER

Diagnose yourself: You've got a full day ahead of you and several people relying on your presence. You need some time for *just yourself* to clear your head, open your heart, and sweat it out. Then, your best you can face whatever the day may bring. And, your evenings are free to spend with family, friends, and that knitting project you need to finish.

Your weekly workout plan:

Monday: Tabata Blast, 5:30 a.m.

Wednesday: Tabata Blast, 5:30 a.m.

Friday: Yoga, 5:30 a.m.

Saturday: Booty Camp, 8:00 a.m.

SO... which one are you? Or are you a mix of all of the above? Let me know in comments. I can't wait to see you soon.
